Due to its ease of use LPG is used for various applications worldwide. Kumudha Gas has been recognized as a leader in various industrial and commercial sectors for having solutions towards storage systems for fuels, especially LPG. With our experience over the decades, your space constraint issues are over.
BULK LPG STORAGE INSTALLATION
Kumudha Gas offers complete design, engineering and construction services for all your liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) bulk storage needs. Our systems are designed and installed considering various parameters i.e. site conditions, LPG consumption and other safety parameters required as per CCOE / PESO regulations. Bulk installations are done are of two types, above ground installations and mounded installations (as per statutory rules i.e. OISD and SMPV rules).

MULTI CYLINDER INSTALLATION
Multi cylinder installation is a concept of connecting multiple cylinders for bulk storage. Systems for multi cylinder installation are mainly classified based on capacity of cylinder. Cylinder capacities usually preferred for installation are 450 kgs, 47.5 kgs, 19 kgs etc.

LPG VAPORIZERS
Vaporizers are designed to receive large volumes of LPG liquid and transform it to vaporized gas, at a steady rate and pressure. This gas is then passed on into various machinery used in the industries.

GAS LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM
Even a minute leakage which remains unaddressed can lead to an explosion. We at Kumudha Gas provide gas leak detector, which is a device used to detect a gas leak. It has an interface with a control system so that the flow of the gas can be automatically shut down. The gas detector system will alarm the operators in regards to the area where the leak is occurring, giving them the opportunity to address the situation.

PERIODIC TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
Bulk storage tanks of LPG are usually preferred by consumers having large amount of LPG consumption. Prior to installation and commissioning of storage tanks, it has to be tested, certified and approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE). Servicing, inspection and testing of LPG storage vessels are carried out as per SMPV (unfired) rules and OISD norms.
