LPG & PNG are the preferred fuels for most applications due to their efficiency as well as cost effectiveness and environmental friendliness. Kumudha Gas can help you set up the right system to optimally use gas as your fuel.
BURNER SELECTION AND INSTALLATION
Burner is a device that produces a controlled flame by mixing a fuel such as Diesel, natural gas, or propane with an oxidizer such as the ambient air or supplied oxygen, and allowing for ignition and combustion. Burners usually comprise of combustion head, Combustion blower, Gas train and an electrical control panel. Depending upon application and fuel type below are a few types of burners.
GAS TRAINS/LAST STAGE REGULATION
A Gas Train or a Pressure Regulation System is used to drop a high supply pressure down to the pressure used by the downstream installation. They operate on liquids, vapors and gases. Several times a liquid, vapor or gas is provided at high pressure because it is more efficient to make at pressure, easier and more economical to transport under pressure (more gas and steam can be sent through a pipeline when it is compressed under high pressure than at a lesser pressure). By supplying a high upstream pressure and lowering it only when necessary, less expensive equipment can be used downstream, as it does not need to be designed for high pressure.
